We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as:

  Housekeeping Supervisor (Fraser Suites River Valley/ Fraser Place Fusionopolis)

  You will provide supervision for the execution and coordination of all housekeeping services to achieve a level of comfort and satisfaction that exceeds residents' expectation and which is cost effective and operationally viable.
  Requirements:

 
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience as Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Minimum GCE 'O' level qualification and/or WSQ Certification in Accommodation Operations or equivalent.
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts
  Client Relations Executive (Fraser Place Robertson Walk/ Fraser Place Fusionopolis)

  You will handle the check-in of guests including the processing of their reservations and rooming. Your duties include conducting site inspections, organizing and implementing guest programs. Manage the breakfast lounge, business centre activities and perform night audit duties.
  Requirements:

 
  • Minimum GCE 'O' level qualification and/or WSQ Certification in Accommodation Operations or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years experience in Front Office operations within the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Computer literacy and understanding of office administration
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  Concierge (Fraser Suites River Valley)

  You will attend to residents' needs i.e. to handle all porterage, mail/message services, postage, information queries, PABX. Besides that, you need to maintain proper records for all incoming/outgoing items for storage/delivery, providing care and diligence on resident's belongings during arrival, departure and apartment change.
  Requirements:

 
  • Minimum GCE 'O'/'N' levels qualifications or equivalent with a pass in English.
  • 1 to 2 years experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays and 3 rotating shifts.

  Maintenance Technician (Fraser Suites River Valley/ Fraser Place Fusionopolis)

  You will ensure the proper functionality of the property to achieve a level of comfort and satisfaction that exceeds residents' expectation. Your job duties include carrying out daily and periodic maintenance work to ensure the functionality of the Apartments, Residents' Common Area, Public Area, Staff Common Areas, Offices and Workstations, to achieve zero defects.
  Requirements:

 
  • NTC certification is required with 2 years relevant experience in Electrical, Mechanical discipline.
  • General knowledge of internal working of operating equipment.
  • Able to speak and understand conversational English.
  • Customer Service oriented.
  Housekeeper (Fraser Place Robertson Walk/ Fraser Suites River Valley/ Fraser Place Fusionopolis)

  You will ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the apartments, to achieve a level of comfort and satisfaction that exceed residents' expectation.
  Requirements:

 
  • Relevant knowledge in apartment/ kitchen cleaning.
  • Experience in Linen is preferred.
  • Able to understand and converse in English.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

  Service Assistant - Full-Time/ Part-Time (Fraser Suites River Valley/ Fraser Place Robertson Walk)

  You will be required to prepare, cook and serve food & beverages in accordance with the cafe's service standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction. Wash and clean all equipment, utensils and crockery as and when needed as well as check and replenish all food & beverages stocks as per par requirements.
  Requirements:

 
  • Relevant knowledge in basic F&B service and culinary skills.
  • Able to work on rotating shift work as well as weekends and public holidays.

  Assistant Centre Manager

 

You will lead and motivate a team in providing professional property management services to the owners, tenants, and shoppers of the shopping mall. You shall be responsible for the preparation and achievement of the annual budget and business plan for the shopping mall. 

  Requirements:

 
  • Degree in Estate Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar capacity
  • A mature team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in MCST work will be an added advantage
  Administrative Assistant (Permanent and Temporary positions)

 

You will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the shopping mall. This would include maintaining an efficient filing system and up-to-date leave and claims records.  You will also handle general enquiries from tenants, shoppers and service providers.

  Requirements:

 
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level with 2 years' of administrative or secretarial experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Able to coordinate and work well with people from different levels
 

Maintenance Technician

  The individual will be responsible for the general maintenance & engineering works of the shopping mall.
  Requirements:

 
  • NTC3 in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with 2 years of related working experience
  • Service-oriented and positive working attitude
  • Physically fit
 

Customer Service Officer

  The individual will be responsible for handling all customers’ enquiries and providing assistance as and when necessary.
  Requirements:

 
  • GCE ‘N’/’O’ Levels
  • Able to speak English fluently
  • Able to perform 2 shifts and to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality
  Senior Marketing Manager

  You will formulate sales and marketing strategies in synergy with the overall marketing plan with an aim to achieve operational efficiencies, and oversee the execution of marketing and sales processes for new property launches. You will also manage a sales team and lead them to achieve sales target.
  Requirements:

 
  • Degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 8 years' experience in similar capacity in the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge and understanding in marketing and sales processes
  • Exposure in business development will be an added advantage
  • Innovative with good leadership qualities
  • Ability to priortise multiple assignments and work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrates a strong drive for results and a good team player
  Marketing Manager

  You will oversee the execution of marketing and sales processes for new property launches. Your primary role is to support the Senior Marketing Manager in development of sales and marketing strategies in synergy with the overall marketing plan with an aim to achieve operational efficiencies.

  • Degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 5 years' experience in similar capacity in the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge and understanding in marketing and sales processes
  • Innovative with good leadership qualities
  • Ability to priortise multiple assignments and work effectively under tight deadlines

Sales Executive
(Contract employment with attractive sales commission scheme)

  You will market Frasers Centrepoint Homes' developments, attend to customers' enquiries in the showflats and expand the customer base to meet sales targets. You will also be expected to research the market, administer sales option, assist in setting up showflat for launch readiness and oversee its subsequent maintenance.
 

Requirements:

 
  • Minimum Diploma /CEHA or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, with good sales track records
  • Good understanding of the property market
  • Possesses passion for sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 

Administrative Assistant

 

You will assist the Senior Project Manager in areas such as the daily update of project status reports and generation of monthly project reports for submission. You will also be required to assist in the preparation of presentation to the Executive Committee as well as liaising with the consultants on related matters. Other administrative tasks include filing and verification of invoices before forwarding it for payment.

     

Requirements:

 
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external parties
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Words and Excel
  • Have initiative and is able to work under pressure
  Resident Technical Officer (C&S / Architectural)

  You will assist the Resident Engineer in the site supervision of building works with an aim to meet construction progress schedule and quality standards. You are responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and to ensure construction safety.
  Requirements:

 
  • Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or Architecture
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in residential, hotel and/or commercial developments
  • Holders of National Certificate in Construction Supervision with 10 years' relevant experience may also apply
  • Able to communicate well with other building professionals on building detailing works
  • Experience in handing-over of apartments will be an advantage
